Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, in its original sealed packaging.
- The item must be in brand new condition with all original tags and labels intact.
- You must have the original receipt or order confirmation.
Important Note: We do not accept returns or refunds on opened, used, or partially used products for health and safety reasons. All vape and disposable products are final sale once opened.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Any opened or used Blinkers disposable, cartridge, or device
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery date
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@officialblinkers.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with the designated drop-off location.
- Ship or drop off the item at the approved location (shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective).
All approved returns must be dropped off at the location provided by our support team. We do not accept returns sent to random addresses.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Only the cost of the product (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded for approved returns.
Defective or Damaged Products

Exchange Policy
